FOR ADVISERS & INDUSTRY CONNECTIONS
A clear, considered way to connect a hospitality operator with practical commercial support.
Good advice. Practical follow-through.
Accountants, bookkeepers, systems specialists and creative agencies often see where an operator needs help turning information into action. Bottle & Bar can provide a complementary scope across commercial priorities, operations, marketing, systems and experience.
When an introduction is useful
A venue has reports but no clear operating priorities.
A function, guest or campaign process needs an owner and useful measurement.
A systems change needs commercial framing, adoption and follow-through.
An owner or GM needs a focused review before deciding on implementation support.
Who is a good fit?
South Australian bars, restaurants, pubs, hospitality groups and visitor destinations with a clear priority, access to a decision-maker and the ability to act. Selected drinks-brand opportunities are assessed separately against their commercial needs and available delivery capacity.
The first conversation establishes fit. A tailored Health Check is $500 total, with no GST charged; implementation and ongoing support are separately scoped.
A simple introduction process
01. Ask the operator whether a conversation would be useful.
02. With their agreement, introduce us together and share a brief description of the priority.
03. We arrange a free 20-minute discovery chat, clarify responsibilities and agree the next step.
04. Any update to the referring adviser is agreed with the operator.
Clear roles. Professional care.
You retain your existing advisory role. We define complementary work and avoid duplicating services unnecessarily. There is no need to share customer databases, financial records or confidential details to make an introduction. Any later data sharing is agreed with the client.
Every introduction starts with a conversation about fit and the operator’s priorities.
